Before joining Empower AI in February 2023, Bohling held the position of President at the Defense Solutions Sector of Peraton. He took on this role after Peraton acquired Perspecta in 2021. He was responsible for overseeing organizational strategy, growth objectives, and program performance at Peraton and Perspecta. In the past, Bohling has held various executive positions at General Dynamics Information Technology, with a focus on federal civilian agencies. He earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State University and later pursued an MBA from Georgetown University. In addition, he has graduated from the ACT-IAC Partners Program, holds a position on the leadership council of WashingtonExec, and serves as a board member of the National Defense Industrial Association.
