Ana Paula Assis serves as the General Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at IBM. Assis is also responsible for managing IBM's relationships with the European Union and other regional institutions.
Since her appointment as General Manager in January 2022, Assis has effectively directed IBM's AI and Hybrid Cloud strategy, achieving consistent double-digit growth. She holds a degree in computer science, a post-graduate degree in business management from FGV, and an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral.
