Christina Shim, IBM’s Chief Sustainability Officer, is redefining the intersection of technology and environmental stewardship. Shim joined IBM in late 2021, bringing two decades of experience in business, technology, and impact. Her previous roles include leadership positions at Palladium International and top management consulting firms such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Bain and Co., and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Shim’s extensive background also includes service with the Central Intelligence Agency, adding a unique dimension to her strategic acumen.
