Victoria Russell has been appointed as the Managing Director, Inclusion Strategy Leader at PwC. Russell has over two decades of experience in a variety of disciplines including human resources, compensation, brand reputation, brand reputation management, marketing, data and insights, community engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). In her new position, she will lead initiatives that promote an inclusive environment and equity in all aspects of talent strategy, including attraction, development, progression, and partnership pathways. She will collaborate closely with PwC's lines of service to improve the firm's culture of belonging and caring by leveraging data-driven insights.

Before joining PwC, Russell was the inaugural Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Beam Suntory, where she oversaw diversity initiatives in talent acquisition, career development, employee retention, marketing, and community relations. There, she developed diversity guidelines for the company’s supplier base and championed employee impact groups. She spent 14 years at Papa John’s International, becoming the first to lead DEI in 2018. Prior to her DEI focus, Russell held marketing analytics roles and roles in compensation and marketing at Lexmark, Humana, and Brown-Forman. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA in marketing from the University of Kentucky.
